The Monroe County Sheriff’s Workplace is hunting for somebody who cashed two checks totaling $35,222 in August that had been published fraudulently on the account of a Frenchtown Township motor vehicle dealership.
A person examine for $20,222 was cashed Aug. 26 at Fifth 3rd Lender, while the other a person for $13,000 was cashed Aug. 13 at First Retailers Bank.
The owner of the dealership documented the incidents Tuesday to the sheriff’s business. He reported the names on the checks were fraudulent and that he would prosecute the suspects if they are found, a deputy’s report reported.

Man charged with embezzling lottery tickets
